I work as an integrative psychotherapist; using a variety of techniques and skills depending on my clients individual needs; aiming to gain insight and full understanding of the root of the problem. Counselling and psychotherapy is a two way process, both therapist and client work together towards the agreed goal.

Negative feelings can be understood and worked on in a safe, non judgemental environment, progressing towards relief and changed positive feelings. You know when the time is right for you.

A treatment session costs £55.00 and lasts approximately 60 minutes.
