What is psychotherapy?
There are different types, but they are all 'talking treatments' in which you talk with another person. It can help you to overcome a variety of issues and problems.

An integrative psychotherapist will use a combination of skills, theories and techniques to suit an individual client at a particular time for their benefit.
Simply sitting down, talking and taking time out from busy lives can be a wonderful relief.
